I know, I know...

I know. It's been a while. It's just that sometimes I get so busy and life just flies by. But I do need to sit down and relax and update all you impatient people!! Our big news is.......Ashlyn is 5! Yes I know this is hard to believe. 5 years ago, God blessed us with the most joyful child. She is truly a wonder to watch grow and mature! I can't wait to see how God uses her in her new arena known as Kindergarten! Watch out school, she's a preacher! Her birthday party was great! Of course hectic, but what do you expect with 12 little four and five year old princesses running around! But the day is over and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of school. I'm dreading it while she's already planning what to wear and when she can invite friends over! It's going to be a very short summer :(

Wow, 5 years old. It's amazing to think that my college friends have children that are five years old while I'm sitting here not planning on having children for a few more years.

Glad to hear you guys are doing well. Chad

Oh, the emotional ride of Kindergarten. If you ever need to call and cry or some days be full of joy, feel free!! Malaya will be starting FULL day with 1st grade next year so I will probably go through it all again!
Doesn't it seem like just yesterday when we were celebrating their b-day's as bees and ladybugs??:)

Happy Birthday Ashlyn, you are loved by all here in the Jackson house. I know you are going to have big fun in kindergarden, and your mother will also. Love all of you and see you soon.

12 little princesses?!? Wow! That is quite a party! It continually amazes me how quickly time passes. Our little ones are growing up. It was good to read your update.

Wow! I can't believe Ashlyn is 5!! Enjoy those precious years. Believe me that past by so quickly! Ashley will be 20 in June!! I'm only 30 so I don't quite know how that's possible! LOL. But seriously, cherish every moment. Even when you think they won't live until there next birthday!! I still remember Ashley's first day of kindergarten. She was so excited and I was so excited for her. She walked right in to class, fell in love with her teacher, and was so much the big girl. I thought this is great, not at all how bad I expected it to be. (for me!) I went home, went about my day of washing clothes and then when I went to her closet to hang something up, it hit me. My little girl was in school! I broke down right there. I'm even tearing up now, just thinking about it. Now my little girl will begin her 3rd year at ACU in the fall. It all goes by way too fast. Enjoy those little ones! They aren’t little for very long. Love you!!
