While many of you know how much I love to cook, and do other "homey" things, sewing is not one of them. And I will freely admit that many times I gave away or threw away things based on a missing button, undone hem, etc. Well no more! My girlfriend has taken pity on me and is teaching me to sew. This is my first project that I completed!
And a big shout out to Jenny, my partner in crime about this: If I can do it, you can do it! Tell B, she'll be so proud!
And Danna, you can tell Mama Sue that she doesn't have to be shocked anymore by my lack of needle knowledge!

Toooooo cute - you could sell that!!
That is too cute. I want two sets- one for each girl. I would love to figure out how to do this but I can't even sew a button on.
WWWWOOOOOOWWWWW!!!!!
I am so proud of you! I will make sure to tell mom that you have beaten the sewing blues and your outfit (or Ashlyn's outfit) looks beautiful. GREAT JOB!
Love ya!!!
I hope you didn't just ruin my Christmas gift...you do have my name, right???
Very cute... I like it ALOT! I haven't done anything but superman, batman and one wolverine costume yet. I'll have to experiment on some girly stuff now! Hope all is well in your neighborhood!
You know I love it!!! It's all super cute and I can't wait to try my own!!! :)
Wow, that is sooo cute!! So, when your Ashlyn outgrows it, if you don't have another "A" child to share it with, I know an Ashlyn that would love to borrow that!! :)
Very cute! You might just inspire me to knock the dust off my sewing machine.
I am way impressed. Super cute outfit! I will continue to wait for that little spark of motivation for sewing to burn. Malaya thinks it is hilarious that David does all of our sewing:) and yes B would be proud...I will have to show her what you did!!
That is sooo cute!!!! You did an amazing job! I agree with the many others, you could sell that!
Good job, Melanie! That is extra cute!!
