So the kids and I had a craving for this and this is what we made. So yummy. Be prepared. It's addictive!
1 stick butter (real butter only!)
1 cup peanut butter (must be creamy)
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 box (12 oz) rice chex or corn chex cereal
4 cups powdered sugar
In saucepan melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate. Stir often and melt completely. In LARGE bowl pour cereal. When chocolate is melted pour over cereal and mix well. In brown shopping bag put two cups of powdered sugar. Pour chocolate cereal in and shake well. Add remaining two cups of sugar and shake again. Store in airtight container or ziploc bags!

I knew the house smelled like peanut butter and chocolate when I got home last night!
I have not had that stuff in so long! Yes, it is addicting, so I try to not even start. I have no will-power when it comes to snacky-type things.
Oh, yum! That stuff is good. Are you my "boo-er" then??? :) That was in my surprise jack-o-lantern at the front door today!
OOHH that's one of my favorite snacks...unfortunatly, I don't make it near enough. Or, I make it just enough so I don't gain 5 pant sizes.
Scott eats it like cereal and actually puts milk over top of it in the morning, he says it's so good!
I love that stuff!

Come on by my blog for give-aways!

Hey, how about those recipes from our last cooking night at church? By the way . . . aren't we doing that again this Thursday? What should I bring?
